Returns & Refunds Policy – GM Flex Wear LLC

At GM Flex Wear LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7–14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us through our website with their order details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are available for size or product issues, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

GM Flex Wear LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
